Moorlands farmhouse

This is the building side of Asp Carpentry Solutions Ltd we are also a small developer.
Asp Carpentry were contracted to knock out an old meat cellar and extend the kitchen of a farm house originally built in 1880 this was not a straight forward build. AS you can see in the pictures the whole back end of the house was taken out and steels placed over padstones set on the original 14” walls, also because of a well close to the footings a ground beam had to be installed. The kitchen floor had to be hand dug out so DPC insulation and a new over site could be poured, this was a Hi spec extension with underfloor heating and modern kitchen fitted.
